Entrance off decked area through double doors into open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with comfortable seating, wall mounted 4K HD Smart TV, with Netflix and Disney + and Bluetooth Sonos speaker. Dining table seating six.
Kitchen includes fridge/freezer, electric Range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and wine cooler. Sonos Bluetooth speaker and telephone that can be used to contact reception.
Ground floor bedroom 3 (suitable for the less mobile but not wheelchair friendly as the door width isn;t adapted) with zip and link king size bed (5ft) with Hypnos mattress (can be made into twin beds if requested), Smart TV, fitted wardrobe and door leading to decked veranda. Folding doors to en suite shower room with hand basin, WC and towel warmer.

A spiral staircase leads you to the two upstairs bedrooms, where you can enjoy a peaceful night to leave you feeling refreshed. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor, providing easier access for those with mobility issues. You;re never far from your home comforts with a range of mod-cons and stunning furnishings throughout the treehouse accommodation, from underfloor heating to a freestanding copper bath and monsoon shower in the master en-suite. Outdoors you'll find your very own hot tub on the decking, along with a gas barbecue and outdoor pizza oven for al fresco meals involving the whole family! And with the on-site gym, indoor and outdoor (seasonal) swimming pools, bar, restaurant and evening entertainment all available there is plenty to enjoy without even leaving the park. Set within an ideal location on the south coast of the New Forest, there are plenty of stunning places to discover right on your doorstep for anyone who prefers to get out and about. From the historical Hurst Castle based along the Solent, to the quaint market town of Lymington, you're never short of days out or things to do.
