Outside: Enclosed south west facing garden laid to lawn and shrubs with views over the beautiful grounds. Decking from the conservatory includes garden furniture. Access to the beautiful grounds surrounding the farm including the tennis court. Children must be supervised at all times due to the pond.

Popular award winning Paultons Theme Park incorporating Peppa Pig World is five miles away.
