All ground floor. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 2 x twin. Bathroom with bath, shower attachment, basin and WC. Open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with electric fire.
Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off-road parking. Balcony with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.2 miles and pub 8 mins walk. Note: There is also an on-site pub, shop and children's play area. Note: Phone signal varies depending on your provider, for example Vodafone works well and 3 doesn't work at all. Note: WiFi is generally quite weak but there are a couple of good spots in the lodge where WiFi signal can be a bit better. Note: There are four steps leading up to the lodge
