Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front deck with furniture, plus shared grounds. Shared use of leisure facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, play park and multi-use games area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Due to lakeside location, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Although all ground floor, this property is accessed by approx. 20 steps. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception. Passes cost £15 per stay and one pass is allocated per lodge. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

With three bedrooms including one king-size double with TV and en-suite shower room, plus one twin and one twin with 2'6" beds, this cottage can sleep six people comfortably. There is also a luxury family bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a lovely, spacious decked area to the front with furniture.
