Wow - this is wonderful! Walk into a very large open-plan living area that boasts a cinema room, games area, dining room, stylish kitchen plus a little nook for reading.
The cinema room has a double height ceiling with comfortable seating - a perfect spot to relax and catch up on movies in style! There is a games area with table football plus a reading area with a small library of books to sit and relax.
The dining area has a table and seating to comfortably seat seven people - a great spot for enjoying breakfast together or discussing the day's coastal adventures over dinner.
The immaculate kitchen has a fridge, freezer, oven, hot and dishwasher plus there's a breakfast bar - a perfect place to enjoy your first cup of the day!
A utility room houses a washing machine/dryer plus there's a ground floor cloaks/WC.
FIRST FLOOR
A smart family bedroom has three beds including adult-size bunk beds and a full size 3' single bed. There's a stylish house bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin.
This floor also has a double bedroom with a 5' king size bed, that looks out over the front garden with an en-suite shower room with a shower, WC and hand wash basin.
SECOND FLOOR
The whole of the top floor is devoted to a superb master bedroom suite with a double bed and views to the front and rear, including towards Whitby's iconic Abbey. The en-suite shower room has a shower, WC and hand wash basin.
OUTSIDE
A flagged courtyard garden is the the rear with a table and seating to enjoy dining outside together plus there's a BBQ stand if you want to cook outside too. There is a small garden to the front plus the considerable advantage of private parking for two cars.
