On the ground floor is a spacious sitting room with pine timber flooring, beamed ceilings, a beautiful brickwork fireplace with a wood burning stove - so cosy to snuggle up in front of in the cooler evenings! - and Flat screen TV/DVD player.
The fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen has integrated appliances plus there's a useful pantry.
The dining area has a table and chairs to seat four people so you can enjoy meals together.
First Floor
Upstairs there is a smart double bedroom with a comfortable bed and hanging space, feature cast iron fireplaces and views of the famous cobbled Henrietta Street. There's also a twin bedroom with full size 3' single beds.
The shower room has a good size shower, WC and hand wash basin.
