Oil central heating. Woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Charcol supplied BBQ. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for two cars - one space in courtyard (off road) and one space at the front of the house on a village street. Enclosed courtyard and garden shared with neighbour and owner. Sorry, no smoking. Sorry no pets. Pub 5 minute walk, shop 1.5 miles. Note: Garden has a small stream at one end, children to be supervised. Note: Owners providing starter pack for BBQ, if you need additional charcoal you will need to supply this. Note: Wood for woodburner is available in the garage.

Glebe House is a lovely cottage situated in the village of Wookey near Wells in Somerset. It can sleep five people within its three bedrooms, two of which have en suite shower rooms and there is also a family bathroom. Downstairs there is a sitting room and a large kitchen with dining area. Outside there is an enclosed garden that is shared with a neighbour, as well as off-road parking for one car and roadside parking for another.
