This single storey garden house sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, sitting room with dining area, kitchen, conservatory and bathroom arranged over one floor. Outside is a sun terrace expanse lawn with garden furniture and a barbecue plus off road parking for two cars. The superb north coast beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath are all within a 20 minute drive. Just a few miles west are the superb north coast beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath and pretty as a picture Padstow.
