Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Free roadside parking available on road on which the property is accessed. Parking also available in pay and display public car park less than two mins walk, daily and weekly parking permits are available to purchase and entitle the holder to park in nearly all the council car parks on the island. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: There are steps inside the property and may not be suitable for people who have mobility issues. Note: Property is accessed via external metal steps at the back of the property and then an internal staircase. Note: Check-in time after 4pm.
