Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, shared on-site coin-operated laundry facilities, TV with basic Sky, DVD, on-site WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decked terrace with furniture. Shared use of leisure facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym, play park and multi-use games area at £15 for the whole party per week. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The property is accessed via 4 steps, and there is no ramp access. Note: Due to lakeside location, children should be supervised at all times. Note: Mobile phone and WiFi can be intermittent. Note: At check-in guests will be provided with a barrier pass number to use in the barrier key pad providing vehicular access to the park. Note: Guests wishing to use the on-site leisure facilities will need to purchase a leisure pass from reception. Passes cost £15 per stay and one pass is allocated per lodge. Note: No stag/hen or similar.

With two bedrooms, one double and one 2'6" twin, this cottage can sleep four people. Outside is off road parking for two cars, plus a private decked area with furniture. Lake Winds Lodge offers fantastic on-site leisure facilities, with a restaurant, bar, indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym.
