Shared use of heated indoor swimming pool (10m x 5m, 1.6m deep in deep end, available 7 days a week, 9am - 4:30pm). Shared use of games room with pool table, table football, table tennis & games machines. Two Shared children's play area's with swings, climbing frames, slides and a zipwire. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pub 250 yards from the property. Note: Swimming pool, games room, children's play area & launderette shared with Bowland Fell Park, a 4 star rated park, situated approx 250 yards from the property. Note: Swimming Pool fees apply; For one session it is �3 for adults, �2 for children and �1 for under 5's. A family pass for a week is �36. Note: Associated noise from local fox hunt may be heard at times. Note: On-site restaurant open from Wednesday to Sunday only.
