Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure bicycle storage for 4 bikes. Patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and restaurant 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Not suitable for children under 5. Note: The property is next to the busy A623 road, some noise can be heard. There's no footpath or street lights along either side of the road, which links the A6 and the hamlet of Sparrowpit, where the nearest pub is situated. Note: There is a mobile home on site belonging to the farm.
