Ground Floor: Open plan Lounge/Kitchen/ Dining Area. Cloakroom with WC and washbasin. Bedroom 1 with zip and link twin beds, which can be made up as a 6ft double bed. Bedroom 2 with bunk beds (4' double on bottom). Bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and WC.
Central heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Washing machine. TV/DVD, WiFi. Cot and highchair available on request. Bed linen and towels included free of charge. Off road parking for two cars. Lawned garden with patio area. Regret no pets. No smoking. Shop/Pub 1/2 miles. Beach 3 miles. Suitable for those with limited mobility.

Orchard Retreat is a modern designer lodge in the grounds of the owner’s home. The interior is exceptionally comfortable and stylish, with a large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has full height, floor to ceiling windows which give lovely views across the garden. A traditional wood burning stove ensures that this is a cosy year round retreat. Two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements; the double room has glazed sliding doors to the decked seating area and a bunk room which is ideal for families; with the bottom bunk being a small double and the top bunk a single bed. Outside a wooden deck spans the length of the lodge and overlooks a private garden with table and chairs; ideal for bird watching or simply relaxing. Here, you are within easy reach of the stunning Jurassic Coast in Dorset and just a short drive to the cathedral city of Exeter, making it the perfect base for exploring both beautiful counties.
