Electric panel heaters with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge,TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking in site car park 50 metres from property. Shared use of communal lawned grounds and on-site heated swimming pool (open May to Sep). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 2 mins walk, pub 10 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Scratby village has several chalet and caravan parks. Guests staying at Beach Road Chalet Park can use the facilities that are available in the other parks (some facilities will be at additional cost). Note: Electricity is provided by a coin meter, £1 coins are inserted into the meter which can be reused, instructions are provided.
