Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage. Elevated enclosed patio garden with furniture, BBQ and firepit. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 3 mins walk. Note: Garden is accessed via 19 narrow steps to the rear of the property. Note: The twin bedroom is only accessed via one of the double rooms. Note: The property is accessed up 2 steps or by side access directly into the kitchen. Note: Dogs must not be allowed in the bedrooms or on any furniture and they should not be left unattended.
