Electric 2-ring ceramic hob, combi microwave/oven, fridge with ice box, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, WiFi. Fuel, power and all fuel for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars on shared driveway. Bike storage on request. Enclosed patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 12 mins walk (some walking along road, narrow pavement). Note: Cottage is next to a smallholding with cockerels, ducks and geese, which can be noisy in the early morning and when feeding. Note: Some road noise may be heard outside at peak times of the day. Note: An optional privacy screen is available for the mezzanine balcony. Note: Children over the age of 10 or babes-in-arms only. Please note: owner can offer use of her washer/dryer for bookings of longer than a week.

The cottage can sleep two people in a mezzanine double bedroom as well as a ground floor bathroom.
