Additional sofa bed in TV room with ensuite with shower enclosure, w.c.(Sofa bed only make up on request), basin and heated towel rail. Utility room. Kitchen/sitting/dining room.

This beautiful, colonial-style property offers the best of both worlds, in a quiet part of Salcombe but within easy reach of the centre and its shops, restaurants and attractions. The detached property comprises of three bedrooms; two twins and a double, plus there’s a sofa bed in the TV room, all of which are en-suite.
