Third day room/nursery with single futon available at extra cost of �100.00 per week (children under 10 only). Shower room on ground floor with power shower, w.c., basin and heated towel rail. Family bathroom on 1st floor with shower over bath, basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. Kitchen/dining room and separate lounge. Utility room.

Miloran is a spacious, semi-detached property, located just a short walk from Salcombe�s town centre. With two bedrooms (a double and a single), a family bathroom and separate shower room, the property sleeps four guests. There is a further small bedroom, to be used as a nursery if required, suitable for one child. Close to Salcombe town�s amenities, the South West Coast Path and nearby beaches, Miloran is an ideal property for a family, or perhaps two couples, eager to explore the local coast and countryside.
