Three bedrooms: 1 x King-size, 1 x double, 1 x children's bunk room. Sitting room. Snug. Kitchen/dining room leading into the utility room. Shower room with corner shower cubicle, w.c. and wash-hand basin. Family bathroom a bath, hand-held shower, w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.

Gas cooker (four-ring hob and oven), dishwasher, microwave and fridge (a small freezer sits in a cupboard in the sitting room). Washing machine, tumble dryer.
