The property is well presented throughout and has a lovely fully enclosed patio and garden area which is perfect for al fresco dining. Thelma also has a designated parking space at the property and is just a short walk from a decent Co-op shop. On your way back from a number of easily accessible beaches don;t forget to indulge in a gin and tonic from the Salcombe Gin Factory which is just a short distance from the property. Please note:
* The property does not accept babies or toddlers under 2 years of age.
* The property has a £250.00 security deposit payable to and administered by the owner.
