Located separately from the main part of the apartment (across a communal hallway) is the privatekitchen with electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, slimline dishwasher, breakfast bar and additional space for bags, coats and shoes.

There is a coin operated washing machine and dryer in the communal laundry room on the ground floor of the building.

14 The Salcombe is the ideal place for couples looking to stay in the very centre of this popular seaside town. The studio apartment has a unique layout with private kitchen located just across the communal hallway with an easy to pulldown king size bed in the main living area. The apartment is located in a very sought after and iconic building and is within easy walking distance to the towns pubs, restaurants, shops, cafes, art galleries and the passenger ferry to lovely sandy beaches. The property has excellent facilities including a private parking space, access to the communal gardens, use of the shared outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal opening times and strictly for use of guests of 'The Salcombe' only) and a mooring berth (Easter until October 31st). Please note no children under 12 years of age at no.14. Please note that there is an easy to fold down king size bed in the main part of the apartment and the private kitchen for the apartment is located separately just across the communal hallway in the building.
