Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Shared lawned garden with furniture. Bench at front of cottage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 12 mins walk. Note: The owners have two dogs which will be in the grounds and supervised. Note: Swimming pool available April to end-September (between 9am and 5pm).
