Three bedrooms: 2 x ground floor double, 1 x ground floor children's bunk. Ground floor family bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, basin and WC. First floor open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with balcony. Utility.
Electric heating, woodburner-effect electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi, a small selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Travel cot (no linen provided), highchair and stair-gate. Secure storage for bikes and kayaks. Roadside parking for one car on a first come, first served basis. First floor balcony with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (not in bedrooms and please bring own dog beds, towels and blankets). Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs & restaurants 5 mins walk. Beach 3 mins walk. Note: This property has a steep internal staircase which may be unsuitable for the guests with any mobility issues. Note: Children to be supervised on balcony.
