A gate and seven steps lead to the front door opening into the entrance porch with a partial countryside views. An inner door leads directly into a rustic kitchen / breakfast Room having a neatly fitted kitchen to one side and a farmhouse table and chairs to the other. Leading from the kitchen down a passageway there is a downstairs bathroom W. C with hand basin and shower over the bath. The old Stannary Market town of Helston offering a selection of shops, pubs and a supermarket is 1. 5 miles. The larger centres of Truro, Penzance, St Ives and Falmouth all within a 30 minute drive. The harbour side village of Porthleven with its sandy beach is only 4. 5 miles. Praa Sands with its mile long golden sandy surf beach and Mullion golf course are both within easy reach as are the the glorious gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. The viewing area for the RNAS Culdrose is 1 mile away and offers an excellent opportunity to watch the daily activity of the aircraft based at the station with Flambards Theme Park a 5 minute drive.
