Kitchen: with oak units, electric cooker with oven and grill, microwave, fridge with small ice compartment, (there is an Aga in the kitchen but this is not in use).
Adjoining Utility Room; with a washing machine, small sink, (there is no sink in the main kitchen). Stairs to first floor,
Twin Bedroom; with two 3ft single beds, chest of draws.
Shower room; New (2021) Large walk in shower, wash hand basin and WC. The door to the outside terrace off.
Further stairs up to the second floor, Double Bedroom; with 4ft 6in double bed, chest of drawers.
