Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car, a lay-by accommodates further cars if needed. Lawned garden to the rear with two seating areas. Three well-behaved dogs welcome, unfortunately, the owner cannot allow puppies. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and Pewsey train station (with trains to London in 1 hour) 0.7 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: There is a bus stop outside the property with regular buses to Marlborough and Salisbury. Note: First small double bed ideally sleep 1, 2 on request if happy with smaller double bed. Note: The stairs to the attic are steep and not suitable for very young children. Note: The first floor double room has 6.2ft ceiling height. Note: A good housekeeping bond of £150 is required for this property
