Train station 10 minute walk. Note: Exterior steps to elevated rear garden, please supervise children. Note: Steep staircase, may be unsuitable for children and for those with limited mobility. Note: There is no stairgate at the top of stairs due to property layout and garden so must accompany small children at all times.
