Beyond is a second quiet seating area with a sofa. Conservatory with an oak table, cane chairs, views over fields to the sea, and French windows that open on to a patio. Large, walled, natural and wild-flower garden with grassed areas, apple trees, a veg garden, patio area and BBQ fire-pit with seating.

Range-style cooker, large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, stove-top coffee makers and cafetieres, Le Creuset casseroles. Wood burning stove, logs and kindling provided. Welcome gift of Bara Brith. Central heating. Smart TV, Anker Bluetooth speaker, radios.
