Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking. Enclosed garden to the rear with hot tub. Two well-behaved pets allowed. Stabling available for up to 2 horses on site, by prior arrangement with the owner. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles and pub 1 mile. Note: If you are wanting to bring your horse, this must be arranged with the owner, so please contact the office or the owner. Note: Access to the garden is via an open fence to owners' property. Note: Steep staircase to the first floor, care to be taken
