Bathroom with bath, hand held shower, bidet, WC and basin. First floor sitting room with wood burning stove.

Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, TV with DVD, WiFi, Phone for incoming calls, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request, Off road parking for two cars,. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, Sorry no smoking. No mobile phone reception at the property. Note: Dogs are permitted in the kitchen and utility area only. Dog washing and drying facilities available at an extra charge. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: Shared use of laundry room which is separate to the property (washing machine, tumble drier) and games barn (table tennis, pool table). Note: This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly.

Heale Farm Cottage is a handsome stone built cottage in 40 acres of grounds in Parracombe. Split level, the cottage can sleep five people in three ground floor bedrooms, a king size double, a twin and a single room. Also on the ground floor is a smart fitted kitchen with a dining area and two bathrooms. On the first floor is a large sitting room with a wood burning stove and lovely long views over the surrounding countryside. Outside you are welcome to explore the extensive grounds and surrounding woodlands or try your hand at table tennis or pool in the games barn. Heale Farm Cottage is in an idyllic spot peaceful spot, close to coast and country.
