All ground floor. Two twin bedrooms. Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room with open fire.
Eco heating, open fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking in lane. Enclosed lawn and courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 2.5 miles. Note: Tennis court and fishing lake available on request, must bring own equipment. Note: There is a fishing lake on site, and a small fishing pond in the owner garden, please take care with young children and pets and they must be supervised at all times. Note: Check in time is 4pm.
