Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Courtyard with furniture to the rear. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 miles. Note: The cottage still has the original spiral staircase from 1840 and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility as it is steep and narrow, however there is a handrail to help. Note: Access to the second bedroom is through bedroom one.
