Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, coin-operated washing machine and dryer in communal laundry on-site, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot on request (guests must provide own bedding for travel cot). Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The coin-operated washing machine is operated with new pound coins and a wash costs £4.
