Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed garden to the front and side with patio, garden furniture, picnic bench, lawned area and sheltered hot tub. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 2.1 miles. Note: There is some low head height in the second floor bedroom. Note: Any profit from this cottage goes towards sustaining the important work of the Cornwall Air Ambulance charity. Note: Please be aware that throughout the year, the trust runs occasional events and open days which can result in increased activity on site.
