From the conservatory, a door leads out to a sheltered rear patio area and a securely hedged and gated south facing lawned garden with beautiful views across rolling hills to Cubert Common and beyond to The Kelseys in the distance, a view shared from all the rear windows. There are two pubs and a local shop/P. O. within a 10 minute walk downhill and the lovely sandy beach next to the Gannel Estuary is only a 15-20 minute walk. Holywell Bay Fun Park has lots of activities for children including go karting, there are riding stables and a golf course nearby as well as delightful walks across Cubert Common to Kelsey Head, Porth Joke and Pentire Point West. The holiday resort of Newquay is 4 miles.
