Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurants 10 mins walk. Note: There are many stone steps and ledges and a fast flowing river close by, children will require very close supervision and the cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The cottage sleeps six people and has two first floor double bedrooms (accessed by an external staircase) and another on the ground floor, along with two family bathrooms. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside is off road parking and access to the river and a myriad of walks.
