Short stay pay and display car park 1 min walk (for use to load/unload only) at cost of £1.20/hour, with long stay pay and display car park 5 mins walk away at a cost of £33 for 7 days. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: The bath cannot be used but you need to step into the bath to use the shower, so this property may not be suitable for people with limited mobility

Kips Cottage is a 300 year old terraced cottage in the heart of Mevagissey which sleeps three people in two bedrooms. These are a second floor double room and a first floor single. There is also a bathroom with a separate WC and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburner. With so many leading attractions such as the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan so close by as well as several fishing villages, small coves and beaches which Cornwall is famous for, Kips Cottage is a great location for a special holiday whatever time of year.
