Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and stairgate available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Secure bike shed. Sloped lawned garden and front patio area with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: the garden area is sloped and care must be taken with children, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The doorways to the upstairs bedrooms are low and ducking may be required. Note: Please advise if the sofa bed in the first floor snug is required as bedding will then be provided.
