Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decked patio with furniture and BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Cottage accessed along a bumpy 400 metre farm track, guests with low suspension vehicles should take care. Note: Cottage accessed by external wooden steps.
Note: Cottage is next to a working dairy farm and the generator can sometimes be heard whilst outside. Note: Dog to be kept on a lead outdoors.

The Garden Studio is a first floor barn conversion near the town of Falmouth and just three miles from Mabe. The cottage sleeps two people in one en-suite double bedroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture and barbecue. Situated close to the harbour, The Garden Studio is a lovely holiday home from which to explore this lovely part of the country.
