Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two highchairs, two travel cots and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Decking with furniture, patio with furniture and a hot tub. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 50 metres, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Caution to be taken, the staircase is open tread, steep and narrow. Note: The property central heating and hot water is run off two wood burning stoves and these must be lit in order to heat the property. Note : the Hot Tub may not be up to the recommended temperature on your arrival if a water change has taken place prior to your arrival..
