Oil fired central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Allocated off road parking for 1 car. Patio area with furniture, plus shared lawns and barbecue area. Two well-behaved pets welcome (regretfully not between 29 July and 26 August). Sorry, no smoking. Beach 5 mins walk.

The open plan sitting room and kitchen has a dining area, and opens out on a terrace with outdoor furniture. There is off road parking for one car. Located just a short stroll from Seaton beach, as well as a pretty wooded valley and the River Seaton, Surf Loft is an ideal beach retreat throughout the year.
