The patio area and garden are accessed through the front door directly outside the property, with landscaped grounds mostly laid to lawn, paths and water features.

Off road parking for 1 car. Patio area and communal gardens. Up to two pets welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk, sea 5 mins walk. Note: no dogs between 29 July and 26 August.
