C. and basin, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room W. C. and basin, and a double bedroom retaining part of the original mill wheel with an en-suite bathroom W. C. with hand basin, bath and shower cubicle. A door from the first floor landing opens to external railed steps that lead down to the front of the property.
