Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Two travel cots and two highchairs. Off road parking for 1 car, free car parking 1 min walk. Two well-behaved pets welcome. There is a ground floor bathroom, two ground floor shower rooms, one with a basin and WC and a utility with a shower. The first floor open plan living area has character features and a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with bar billiards, and back downstairs, there is a study with comfy seating for two. Outside, there is off road parking for one car and additional parking available in the village, free of charge. Capel Cader Idris is an ideal base for a group to enjoy the walking, coastline and scenery of this lovely area.
