TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, a selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front terrace area with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Offa's only a few meters away. Note: Unsecure drop (approximately 1 metre), children to be supervised and care needs to be taken. Note: The neighbouring cottage also belongs to the owner of View Cottage - It is currently being renovated but no work will take place whilst guests are staying at View Cottage.
