Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front and side decked verandas with furniture and private hot tub (supplement applicable all year round of £50 per week or cost for short break is £10 per day up to a max. of £50 for hot tub use, payable direct to owner upon arrival). Enclosed lawned garden. Shared use of gym/sauna, table tennis and utility (shared with 3 other holiday cottages on site). Six well-behaved pets welcome at £20 pppw. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Children aged 10 and over, babes in arms accepted.. Note: The stairs leading to the lower ground floor are steep, care to be taken. Note: There are a number of steps leading from the verandas to the decked areas and to the garden. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Water (inc. drinking water) is spring water from owner's own fully inspected bore hole. Note: Check in time at this property is 4pm. The Farmhouse is a detached farmhouse near the village of Llandysul in South Wales and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Set over three floors, there are four bedrooms comprising of two super king-size doubles, one benefiting from en-suite facilities, as well as two twin rooms, one of which is on the lower ground floor and also includes an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom, as well as a cloakroom on the lower ground floor. The farmhouse-style dining room is a welcoming place for socialising and leads to a well-equipped kitchen. The sitting room has plenty of comfy seating, as well as a delightful woodburner, and there is also a separate study with a corner sofa. Outside, there is off road parking for four cars, two decked areas with a hot tub and furniture as well as a fully enclosed lawned garden. The Farmhouse is a superb base for a wonderful holiday at any time of the year.
