Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot (please bring own cot bedding), highchair, 2 x stairgates and other baby items. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Enclosed courtyard garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pub and restaurants 5 mins walk. Note: First floor accessed via a steep staircase. Note: Restricted headroom in second floor attic bedroom, accessed via steep stairs. Note: Approximately 6 slate steps up to rear courtyard, which is elevated and not secure, children to be supervised and care should be taken.

With three bedrooms across the first and second floor, along with a family bathroom, it can sleep up to six people. Outside, there is a raised courtyard garden with furniture, where children and pets should be supervised, and to the front is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis.
