Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Parking outside the lodge for one car. Private wrap-around terrace with dining area and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, on-site restaurant 5 mins walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: Steps leading up to the property and two small steps leading to upper ground floor. Note: Due to balcony terrace and lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site
