Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and cot available on request. Off-road parking for 1 car. Decking with furniture and hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub/restaurant on-site 5 mins walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Due to balcony decking area over lake and other lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site.
