Gas central heating. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off-road parking for 1 car outside the lodge. Decking with furniture and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles, on-site pub/restaurant 5 mins walk. Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Wi-Fi is available in the Old Mill Bar & Restaurant. Note: Due to balcony decking and lakes on-site, children need to be supervised at all times. Note: BBQ’s are not to be brought to the site. Note: Pets to be kept on a lead at all times on site.
